How to order?

What is your mode of payment? 

We accept the following forms of payment: Bank Transfer (BPI/BDO) or Gcash

 

Do you accept same-day order and delivery? 

Yes, we accept same-day order and delivery. The lead time for same-day order is 45 mins to 1 hour. We will notify the customer if the order takes a long time to prepare due to bulk orders or other unforeseen situations.  

 *For bulk orders, we may request at least one-day advance notice.

 

Can I place an advance order? 

Yes, you may place an advance order through our website https://bokkbokkchicken.com. Just specify your preferred date and time of delivery.

 

What is your mode of delivery? 

We use third-party delivery platforms to deliver our products to the customers. 

 

Can I be the one to book for the delivery? Or can I ask someone to pick up the order on my behalf me? 

Yes, customers may also arrange the pick-up themselves. You will receive a notification from us when your order is ready for pick-up.

  

Where do you deliver? 

We deliver within Metro Manila only and some parts of Rizal. 

 

How much is the delivery fee? 

The delivery rate on our website varies on the location and is subject to change without prior notice. 

 

Do you offer Free Delivery? 

The customer shoulders the delivery fee. 

 

Where’s your location? 

8001, Escriva drive, San Antonio, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, 1605 Metro Manila, Philippines. 

 

Do you deliver outside Metro Manila? 

No, we don’t. However, if the courier can accommodate to your location, we’d gladly accept your order.

 

How big is the serving size of the bokket? 

One bokket is good for up to 2-3 servings. 

 

Can I customize or mix the flavors in one bokket? 

No. All flavors offered on the menu are fixed and final. 

 

Can I cancel my order? 

Orders may be canceled within 5 minutes after receipt of the Order Confirmation Email/SMS.

If payment is not received within 10 minutes after Order confirmation, your order will automatically be canceled. 

 

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)? 

No, we do not accept Cash-on-Delivery as of the moment. 

 

Can I place the order, but the receiver is a different person? 

Yes! You may order for your loved ones. Just provide the delivery information upon checkout. 

 

Can I request for a customized note? 

Definitely! You may write it down on the “Special note/s” text box upon check out.
