1. ACCOUNTS.
By signing up on our website, you will have to provide your personal information such as Name, Email address, Contact number and nominate a Secure Password. Your password should remain confidential, and must be protected at all times. We highly recommend you to update your password immediately if there are suspicious activities in your account.
2. ORDERS.
All orders for Bokk Bokk products shall be in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions as below, and it shall apply to all transaction of our Customers.
a. Acceptance of Orders
It is Bokk Bokk’s entire discretion to accept order transactions from this website.
Bokk Bokk reserves the right to decline the transaction with or without giving any valid reason.
(Example: unsuccessful payment, bad weather such as storm/typhoon, out of stock/unavailability of product, and other unexpected situation.)
Once order is placed, the confirmation of your order together with the order number will be sent to your registered email address with the complete order details.
Minimum food purchase of 300 pesos is required.
b. Preparation Time
Bokkk Bokk is accepting same day order, however our team is operating with limited manpower while adjusting to the “new normal”.
Please allow us at least 45mins-1 hour to prepare your order upon receipt of your order. Preparation time might also varies depending if we have bulk order on that day, or the booking time for delivery as we are currently dependent on a Third -party delivery providers. We will notify the Customer if longer waiting time is needed.
Advance order is also available. Please select your preferred date and time of delivery.
For bulk orders, kindly give at least 1 day advance notice.
3. ORDER CONFIRMATION.
Order Confirmation email is an acknowledgement and record of our agreement to deliver the Products ordered and within the specified delivery time.
Product availability and guest information will be done via phone call or email to offer a reasonable substitute (if needed) and/or confirm information.
Customers are responsible to correctly input delivery address, email address and contact number when ordering to avoid any discrepancy or delivery delays.
For orders paid using online banking system, confirmation of order is done upon verification of receipt of payment.
If another person ordered Products on your behalf and using your account, you agree that such order shall be considered as your own, and shall be subject to these Terms.
4. CHANGES and CANCELLATION.
For changes of order or cancellation of order, customer should contact us thru email, or message us in our social media accounts (IG/FB).
Change of orders or delivery time can be made no later than 5 minutes after receipt of the Order Confirmation Email. Failure to report the changes/cancellation, will automatically follow and process the initial submitted order.
Changes to the order may also result to change of delivery time.
Orders may be cancelled in full up to 5 minutes after receipt of the Order Confirmation Email.
Bokk Bokk reserves the right to cancel the order for unfulfilled payment.
5. PAYMENT and REFUNDS.
Mode of payment will be selected by the customer after checking out.
We accept the following forms of payment:
a. Credit Card (VISA, JCB, Mastercard)
b. Debit Card
c. PayPal
d. Bank Transfer

Credit/Debit card refunds will be processed within 7-14 days however, may take 1 month to reflect on your credit card statement and account. Any cancellation fee or transaction fee for refunds, and other charges should be shouldered by the customer.
Bank Transfer/Gcash refunds will be processed within 24 hrs, any transaction fee charge by the bank will automatically deducted from the total amount, therefore this is shouldered by the customer.
Cancellations beyond 5 minutes after receipt of Order Confirmation Email will be charged in full and are NOT eligible for a refund.
6. PICK UP and DELIVERY.
Please make sure that if your order is placed using a credit or debit card, such card is valid on the date of dispatch of your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any stage.

For pick up, customers shall be responsible for personally picking the product up or booking a courier. After receiving a text message from us, customer should send us the details of the person (or rider) picking up the order.
For delivery, take note that our delivery service is outsourced to third party delivery platform hence delivery rate may vary on the location. You will then receive a message from us regarding the delivery and tracking details.
Our service covers most of the major cities in Metro Manila. We will notify you in case the delivery address is not within the trading area. In case payment has been settled prior to notification, your payment will be refunded within 7-14 business days.
All orders are for pick up and delivery only.

In the event of unreasonable delays in Pick-Up attributable to you, you bear the risk of any damage or loss of Goods or any deterioration in quality or change in condition of the Goods (e.g. changes in the temperature fit for consumption). Bokk Bokk will not be liable for any damage or loss caused during the transit. Terms of Service, Transport, Delivery and Logistics from the third party delivery platform shall apply.
7. PRICES.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the prices quoted on this Website are inclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes.
The price for your order shall be deducted from your Credit Card/Paypal account at the time your order is placed.
Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time without further notice.
Upon submission of your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary.
8. MARKETING and PROMOTIONS.
bokkbokkchicken.com may run marketing and promotional campaigns which over discount codes, and other promotional offers in the website. These promotions should be subject to validity periods, redemption periods, and in certain cases, may only be used once.
Please note that our promotions are only available for limited periods, any changes to your order may mean the promotions are no longer available.
Discount codes or any vouchers may not be valid when used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, and other vouchers. Additional terms and conditions may apply to vouchers.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions and discounts shall only apply in the website.
Discounts, vouchers, and any other promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

You do not have to ask permission to link directly to pages hosted on this website. However, we do not permit use of our logos as promotional or hypertext objects. Please see the paragraph for LOGOS, PHOTOGRAPHS, MATERIALS, & Intellectual Property.
